Cancellation Policy
Payment in full is due upon booking of services. Refund Policy: To request a refund client must email intuitiverichardkilgo@gmail.com and include their Name, booked session date and time. Clients who request to cancel up to 4 hours before the booked service will receive a full refund. Clients who request to cancel within 2 to 4 hours of booked service will receive a partial refund equal to 75% of their booked service. Clients who request to cancel within 2 hours of booked service will receive a partial refund equal to 50% of their booked service. Exceptions to the refund policy may be considered, such as cases where the service was provided but the client was not satisfied or if there were unforeseen circumstances that led to the cancellation of the service. Rescheduling Policy: To request to reschedule, client must email intuitiverichardkilgo@gmail.com and include their Name, booked session date and time as well as their desired date and time to reschedule. If the client requests to reschedule any time before the scheduled session, every effort will be made to accommodate rescheduling and is subject to Richard's availability. If the client decides not to reschedule and the booked service is in the past, the same fees apply as in the Refund Policy.
