If you are interested in booking a personalized birth chart interpretation with me, you will need to provide your exact birth date, time, city, state, and country of birth. This information is crucial for an accurate interpretation, as the positions of the planets and the zodiac signs change every few minutes. During our 30-minute online session, we will review your birth chart together, and I will provide my interpretation. This will be an interactive conversation, so you can ask questions and share any insights or experiences that resonate with you. Cancellation Policy
POLICY 1. Booking Requests & Payment • All services must be paid in full to secure booking • Manual bookings (in-person/location-based) require approval before payment • Submitting a request does not guarantee or reserve a time • Appointment is only confirmed once payment is received • Payment must be completed within 24 hours of invoice or time is released • Bookings are first-paid, first-confirmed 2. Managing Your Booking (Reschedule / Cancel) • All bookings are managed through the scheduling system • You may reschedule or cancel at any time before start time • If you have issues, contact: richard@richardkilgo.com • Changes after session start time are treated as no-show 3. Cancellation Policy • More than 24 hours before: full refund • Within 24 hours: $20 fee, remainder refunded 4. No-Shows • No-show = missed session without cancellation/reschedule • $20 fee applies • Remaining balance (if any) refunded 5. Late Arrivals • Sessions start and end at scheduled times • Late arrival does not extend session length • 15+ minutes late may be marked as no-show 6. Satisfaction Guarantee (First 5 Minutes) • End session within 5 minutes = full refund • After 5 minutes = session considered fully delivered 7. Practitioner Cancellations • If we cancel/reschedule: full refund OR free reschedule 8. Technical Responsibility • Join 5 minutes early for virtual sessions • Ensure camera, mic, and internet are working • Use platform test tools before joining (e.g., Google Meet) • Client-side delays or technical issues do not extend/refund time 9. Agreement to Terms • Booking confirms full acceptance of this policy 10.
