Service Description
A Chakra Sound Bath (Group) is a powerful hour long healing experience to share with your Friends & Family that uses the healing vibrations of sound to promote deep relaxation and balance in the body and mind. Richard brings the Sound Bath to your Home! In this session, seven crystal singing bowls, each attuned to one of the seven chakras, are used to clear, balance, and energize each chakra. During the session, the recipients lie down comfortably and the practitioner begins to play the crystal singing bowls along with other sound instruments including an Ocean Drum and Metal Hand Drum. As the bowls are played, their vibrations penetrate deeply into the body, clearing and releasing any blocked or stagnant energy in the chakras. The vibrations also help to balance the chakras, ensuring that they are all functioning at their optimal level. Once the chakras have been cleared, balanced, and energized in the energetic body, the physical body responds. Recipients may experience a deep sense of relaxation, reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, and a greater sense of overall well-being. Overall, a Chakra Sound Bath "Party" is a powerful way to promote deep relaxation, balance, and healing in the body and mind and share the experience with your Friends and Family.
Cancellation Policy
POLICY 1. Booking Requests & Payment • All services must be paid in full to secure booking • Manual bookings (in-person/location-based) require approval before payment • Submitting a request does not guarantee or reserve a time • Appointment is only confirmed once payment is received • Payment must be completed within 24 hours of invoice or time is released • Bookings are first-paid, first-confirmed 2. Managing Your Booking (Reschedule / Cancel) • All bookings are managed through the scheduling system • You may reschedule or cancel at any time before start time • If you have issues, contact: richard@richardkilgo.com • Changes after session start time are treated as no-show 3. Cancellation Policy • More than 24 hours before: full refund • Within 24 hours: $20 fee, remainder refunded 4. No-Shows • No-show = missed session without cancellation/reschedule • $20 fee applies • Remaining balance (if any) refunded 5. Late Arrivals • Sessions start and end at scheduled times • Late arrival does not extend session length • 15+ minutes late may be marked as no-show 6. Satisfaction Guarantee (First 5 Minutes) • End session within 5 minutes = full refund • After 5 minutes = session considered fully delivered 7. Practitioner Cancellations • If we cancel/reschedule: full refund OR free reschedule 8. Technical Responsibility • Join 5 minutes early for virtual sessions • Ensure camera, mic, and internet are working • Use platform test tools before joining (e.g., Google Meet) • Client-side delays or technical issues do not extend/refund time 9. Agreement to Terms • Booking confirms full acceptance of this policy 10.
